How does the waitlist work?

​We maintain one central waitlist. As the list is usually long, applying as soon as possible is important. The average wait time varies depending on various factors: currently enrolled families, your child's age etc.

 

Admission is based on a first-come, first-served basis; those who apply and already have a sibling enrolled are moved to the front of the list. 

The application's completion date is the final priority criterion within each group.

To secure a spot on the waitlist, please submit the application along with a $50 non-refundable Rainbow Fleet EEC Waitlist Application fee. You can also print this application and mail it to our offices (address below) or drop it off directly at our offices. Please make checks payable to Rainbow Fleet. 

 

When a space is available for their child, parents are notified via email and a phone call. They are given 48 hours to notify us of their decision to either accept or decline enrollment. If the parent fails to contact us within the 48-hour period, the family is assumed to be no longer interested in our program, and the child's name will be removed from the waiting list. Due to the short window of time to respond, it is important to keep us informed of any changes to contact information. 

 

Note that payment of the waitlist fee does not ensure a place in our center but does the service to keep your child's name on the list of prospective students. Your child's place on the waitlist is determined by the date we received your form and fee.
