Rainbow Fleet has received funding from the Inasmuch Foundation to enhance the resources that we provide for our children, families, and educators. Our vision is to provide innovative programs and services that improve the quality of life in Oklahoma. Construction will begin in March 2025, during which we will transform our current Resource Room and Montessori Room into early education classrooms and add two new preschool sized restrooms, along with a well-equipped observation and learning lab. This observation space will feature a one-way view, enabling observers to watch without influencing the environment or interacting with children, parents, or teachers. Our goal is to maintain objectivity and ensure a non-intrusive observation process which will strengthen our early educator pipeline and improve learning outcomes for children.​​​
